Increases damage resistance and allows allies to run through obstructions such as trees, cliffs, etc.No longer targeted, it instead applies the slow to all enemies around Bristleback in a radius when cast.The skills are applied at Brewmaster's current level, and the cooldowns are independent of the original Brewmaster.Grants a Brewmaster skill to each warrior.Allows the shuriken to bounce twice on each hero (bounces on everyone once, then bounces through each one again).Replaces the cooldown with charges and a replenish time.Removes cooldown and can be used again when they return to Beastmaster.
The secondary target is tethered to the first. Grabs a secondary target nearest to the primary target. Creates a random Rune in front of Arc Warden. Cooldown starts once the enemy respawns. Kills with this ability add +100 seconds to the highest cooldown ability on the enemy hero. Alchemist can target himself as well, gaining bonus damage and spell amp for each scepter given to allies. Can cast Aghanim's Scepter to directly grant any allied hero Aghanim's Blessing, consuming the scepter in the process. When an ally takes more than a threshold damage within range of Abaddon, a Mist Coil will automatically fire towards that ally. Heroes affected by scepter have a small blue aura beneath them. Mouse hovering over scepter in the inventory displays the upgrade details for the hero using it. Removing the Scepter from the inventory reverts the effects back to non-upgraded status. Must be in the player's inventory to apply its effects. Due to irreversible effects, scepter cannot be dropped or sold by Meepo and Lifestealer. If dropped or sold, the upgrade is lost until the hero is in possession of it again. The buff does not grant stat bonuses, but does make the effects of Ultimate Upgrade permanent. Aghanim's Scepter can be consumed as a buff by purchasing the recipe upgrade Aghanim's Blessing. 
The upgrade that Aghanim's Scepter provides can be anything from a new ability to simply an increase in power.
